Marsden Walker is a proactive and forward-looking Chartered Accountancy practice based in Nottingham, and covering the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester from our current location 5 minutes from Junction 25 of the M1/A52. We provide a full range of accountancy services and business advice to owner managed businesses ranging from individuals and new start-ups to partnerships and limited companies.

The business was started by Cath Walker and Chris Marsden. Both are Chartered Accountants, with over 25 years experience in business advice, accountancy and taxation work between them, mainly in a big four environment, with KPMG. Cath Walker heads our Technical department, ensuring that all our professional staff are kept up to date and Chris Marsden heads our Tax department covering all aspects of Personal and Corporate tax.

Due to the high level of internal growth and as a result of taking over another local practice, Neil Turner joined Marsden Walker as the third director with effect from 1 July 2006. Neil Turner is also a Chartered Accountant and has 16 years experience in accountancy. Neil trained with a local firm in Nottingham, spent 4 years as an accountant in Industry and spent 8 years in the Advisory practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers, giving business advice to directors, shareholders, bankers, and other stakeholders.
